"When I went into PDR training I didn't really know what to
expect, but what I got was simply the best. The instructor was
very knowledgeable and very in-depth on every aspect of PDR
training. It was almost all hands-on, and the notes we took I
still use when I'm on the job today.
There is no way you could learn PDR in a two week course.
I would recommend Gateway PDR training to anybody who has an
interest in PDR, no matter if you're a hail tech or a route tech."

"I made the decision to attend Gateway Dent training center in
December of 2009. I had previously attempted several different
endeavors, including construction, landscaping, and trucking;
however I had no experience in body work or paintless dent repair.
I came to class with no knowledge of the skill, and I had no idea
what to expect. By the end of week one, I was hooked! Mike's
enthusiasm is contagious and unrelenting. By week two, I felt
comfortable and a hundred times more knowledgeable. Mike's
knowledge and patience are the key to your success and I feel this
is the best way possible to start a career in PDR. As I graduated,
certified, in week six, I walked away forever grateful for the
experience and skills which can never be taken away from me, and
even more excited to get out and hone my skills in the world of
hail damage repair. Thanks a million Mike!"

"I looked at a lot of schools to go to before I found Gateway, and
they were all 2 week courses, where Gateway is 6 weeks long. Best
decision ever to go with Gateway. I would have never been as good
at fixing dents if I had gone to the 2 week courses. Mike is very
open, honest, and knows his stuff. Mike is a great teacher. I
would highly recommend this course to anyone who is looking to
learn PDR."

"I thought you did a very professional job, from paperwork to
working on cars. I thought I was too old and my eyes were bad, but
you were patient. Maybe I will be able to do PDR for another ten
before I get too old. I learned a lot and had a good time doing
it. I hope we can work and hunt together in the future. I am lucky
to have a friend like you.
Thanks Mike!"

"Mike saved me from a very costly mistake. I was going to attend a PDR
school in California which was shorter and cheaper. I found Mike's
information on the internet, and gave him a call. After talking to me for
about 2 hours, I knew that Mike knew what he was talking about.
I went to Mike's school, and he was right about everything he said. We
learned a great deal about PDR, customer service, billing, and the other
intricacies of being a PDR tech.
When I got home and started my own route, I really saw the value of Mike's
training. A car dealership (that I now service regularly) told me that
they had another PDR guy doing their lot. I had been walking the lot with
the owner, and could see the attempted repairs this other guy had been
doing. I politely told the owner that I wasn't trying to steal this guy's
business, but if they ever needed help or had something the other guy
couldn't do, to give me a call. A month later, they called. I went to the
lot, finished a few dents that he had "fixed", and also fixed a few dents
that he had told them were not possible. I even drove out to the home of a
customer of this dealership, and fixed a few dents that the other guy had
fouled up.
I met the guy a few weeks later, and just talked with him for a few
minutes. As it turns out, he went to the school in California that I had
been planning on attending. Mike saved me from this costly mistake. If I
had attended this other school, I would have just wasted my money and not
had the training needed to be an effective tech.
Mike, you're the best, that's all there is to it. Thank you for the
instruction, advice, and guidance."

"You have made quite and impression on Eric. On more than one occasion he has told Sonya and I how good you are at PDR. Last night when he came home I was still up (he had been drinking a little) he was telling me stories about going to dealerships and the managers telling him "you are learning from the best, he (you) is the best in the country". He said he hears this everywhere he goes and from everybody. He respects how you have the "no sugarcoat approach". He's funny..."Yep, Mike don't sugarcoat anything...he tells em how it is". Anyway, bottom line, he and I and Sonya really appreciate your help and positive influence and he really does think you are the best."

"Hey Mike, wanted to let you know I'm doing great! December and January were very trying, but I've been rockin and rollin ever since. $10, 700 in February, $11,200 in March, $11,700 in April and on track to break $12,000 for May. Just thought you'd like to hear some good news from your training."

Yes! Information as well as techniques were very clear, also Mike's very humorous but serious!

"I enjoyed the instructions. Mike makes things very clear and precise. If you don't understand, he spends as much time as it takes to make sure you do. Mike will stand over your shoulder to make sure you got it correct. In the beginning, I was slow getting it, but now I have the confidence I need to go make a lot of money."

"I took Mike's advanced course and thought I knew everything about pulling dents. It took about 5 minutes to realize how wrong I was. He was very informative, tactful, and has the ability to clearly describe every facet of this business."

"I was an experienced Tech using a different system. I used a reflection board with several black lines, pushing until they were all straight. Mike and Larry taught me to look at the dent, not a reflection. My ability has now improved dramatically."
